Overview
Asan Medical Center in Seoul is Korea's largest general hospital located in 88 Olympic-ro 43-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, which opened on June 23, 1989, and is a member of Asan Medical Center. It will enter the Big 5 hospitals in Korea, such as Seoul National University Hospital, Severance Hospital, Samsung Seoul Hospital, and Catholic University Seoul St. Mary's Hospital. Chung Joo-young of Hyundai Group, the founder, was born on November 25, 1915 in Asan-ri, Songjeon-myeon, Tongcheon-gun, Gangwon-do, as the son of a poor farmer and worked hard to overcome poverty.
